Processing Time: Sometimes, orders made by 11:30AM may be shipped the same day, otherwise generally orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please note: Friday orders will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping Methods: We offer UPS Ground and Next Day Air shipping options. While delivery dates shown are approximations, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, enabling you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Domestic & International Shipping: At this time, we only ship throughout the contiguous United States and are unable to offer international/shipping to US & foreign territories. However, we're actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities globally.

Shipping Restrictions: We only ship domestically within the continental United States. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. In the event of incorrect address information provided by the customer, we regret that we're unable to intervene, and the customer must contact the carrier directly to rectify the situation.
- Shipping Restrictions: While majority of our items are viable for shipping, certain items may be added over time which may be subject to non-shippable status. While we will do our best to notify you on the product page, if such items are added and checked out, we will send you a notice regarding the issue at hand and modify and hold the order until we receive your change request or approval.
