Helium Services
We are pleased to offer helium tank refill services for sizes up to 291 cubic feet. Whether you're organizing a celebration, event, or just need to top up your helium supply, we're here to assist you. Due to national helium shortage, we may at times be unable to fill entire tanks; please give us a call prior to making your trip to verify our helium status.
Refilling Helium:

Visit Our Location: Bring your empty helium tank to our designated refill location during our business hours.

Tank Inspection: Our team will inspect your tank to ensure it meets safety standards and is eligible for a refill. If ineligible for a refill, we will advise to return with an eligible tank.

Refill Services: Once approved, we'll refill your helium tank and you'll be good to go. Please note that our maximum fill capacity depending on tank will be approximately 1800-2000 PSI, and as such any amount higher than 1800 will be considered fully refilled.
Helium Service Hours
Helium services will be provided for most of the duration of our business hours provided we have helium available. Our last call for helium is 3:30pm (M-F) and 2:30pm (Sat) and will be unable to receive any additional orders for the rest of the day.
Helium Request for Balloons
We are pleased to offer helium-inflation for balloons, for both in-store and outside balloon purchases. Please note that final order for all helium services is 3:30pm M-F, 2:30pm Sat.
A. PLEASE READ: Approximate Balloon Inflation Time
Before requesting an order for helium inflation, please check below for approximate inflation times to coordinate with your needs. Please note that these are approximations and can last less or more than the noted times:

Latex (12"): 6 to 8 hours

Latex (36"): 3 to 5 days

Mylar (18"): 2 to 3 days

Mylar (28"+): 2 to 3 days
B. Things to Note Before Ordering Helium

Visit Our Location: Currently we are unable to take requests by phone or online as we recommend the customer to come in to take a look at our currently available balloons before ordering. All requests must be made in-person and fully paid for on the day of reservation.

Information Request: We may ask you a series of questions to ensure the timing for your balloon needs match the approximate inflation timing of the balloons.

Approximate Time to Inflate: Upon receiving the order, we'll attempt to inflate your balloons as quickly as possible; however, please understand that during busy times there may be a slightly delay and we request your understanding of the longer wait.

Pre-Orders (Required for Large Orders): All Pre-Orders can be received up to one week prior to requested date (ie: Pre-Order on February 7th, pick up February 14th). Generally a large order can be considered as 25+ balloons and will need to be ordered at least three days prior to pick up date.

Pre-Order Cancellation: Generally, all sales are final. However, we will accept cancellations up to the day prior to pick up date unless your pick-up time is next day 9:00am to 1:00pm in which case, the cancellation must be requested two days prior. Cancellation request can be made by phone, email, or in person and a refund will be granted.
C. Defective Helium Balloon Exchange Policy
Please note pre-orders are not applicable for exchanges and returns.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges past a 1 hour window (starting from pick-up time or requested pick-up time). However, we recognize that sometimes balloon can deflate due to a manufacturing defect. As such, we'll replace any helium-filled balloons during the initial 1-hour window:

Non-User Inflicted Defects Only: The balloon deflation must be due to non-user inflicted defects (ie: undetectable leak with the naked eye). Any defects outside of our control, such as damage due to excessive heat, will not be subject to exchange.

Request Made Within a 1-hour Window: Request for exchange must be requested within the 1-hour window after ordering (for same day immediate pick-up). If the request is outside of the exchange window, then we may only exchange within our discretion. Please note that if an exchange is requested past 3:30pm (2:30pm Sat), you must return to our location before 4:30pm (3:30pm Sat) for an exchange.
